Screenings and Tests

Chest X-Rays and B Readers

CNS Occupational Medicine can easily perform portable chest x-rays for employees who may need them for medical surveillance physicals, such as Crystalline Silica or HAZWOPER Physicals, as required by OSHA.

All chest x-rays will be taken within our mobile unit, at the site of your preference, thus eliminating the need to send your employees to offsite hospitals and clinics.

X-Rays are performed and read by certified X-Ray Technicians and B Readers

When required, these x-rays will be read by a NIOSH-approved certified B-Reader. All chest x-rays will be taken within our mobile unit, at the site of your preference, thus eliminating the need to send your employees to offsite hospitals and clinics.

X-rays will be safely performed by a certified X-Ray Technician and interpreted by a Physician and B Reader to keep you compliant with all OSHA regulations and standards.

In most instances, a medical determination is available the same day as the employee’s physical.
