Drive-Up Pfizer Booster Shots Available At CNS Occupational Medicine

CNS Occupational Medicine is now offering a drive-up Pfizer booster vaccine at our Lititz, PA office, 151 Koser Road, Lititz, PA 17543.

Last week, the FDA and CDC has authorized a Pfizer booster shot for people 65 and older and those at high risk of a severe case of COVID-19 to be taken if your second dose of Pfizer was at least 6 months ago (or if your 2nd Pfizer shot was given by the end of March).

Appointments are required. Administering the vaccine will take 20-30 minutes relative to the health conditions of the recipient.

We will be offering the CDC recommended and approved, Pfizer Booster vaccine. Sometimes this process can cause symptoms, such as fever, which are completely normal and are a sign that the body is building protection against the virus that causes COVID-19.

There are no out-of-pocket costs to be paid by recipients of the vaccine. Insurance or Medicare will be billed the administration fees, if applicable. If you do not have insurance, just fill out the consent form and check the box that says uninsured.

Pfizer Booster Shots can only be administered to individuals who received Pfizer as their first and second dose. Please have your vaccine card available at the time of your appointment.

Lost your Vaccine Card? Fill out the Release of Records form at PA Dept of Health website or email DHPASIIS@PA.GOV for a replacement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive the vaccine from CNS Occupational Medicine.
