CNS Occupational Medicine is continuing to grow and with that growth comes exciting news for employers across Central Pennsylvania.
We’re proud to announce the opening of our new Harrisburg clinic, officially launching on Monday, May 4, 2026. This new location represents a major step forward in our mission to deliver fast, compliant, and reliable occupational health services to the businesses that keep our communities moving.
CNS Occupational Medicine – Harrisburg
845 Sir Thomas Court, Suites 2 & 7
Harrisburg, PA 17109
Built for Employers Who Need Speed, Compliance, and Reliability
This isn’t just another occupational health clinic.
The Harrisburg location was designed with one goal in mind: helping employers reduce downtime, stay compliant, and take better care of their workforce.
With more than 5,000 square feet of clinical space, the facility is equipped to handle a wide range of services efficiently so your team can get in, get what they need, and get back to work.
Our new clinic is conveniently located just minutes from Routes 283, 83, 322, 441, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76), and is built for accessibility.
Services Available at the Harrisburg Clinic
Our new clinic offers comprehensive occupational medicine services, including:
- Same-day injury care and walk-ins
- Pre-employment and post-offer physicals
- DOT physicals
- Drug and alcohol testing (clinic-based and on-site)
- Return-to-work and fit-for-duty exams
- OSHA mandated testing, including Audiometric testing and respirator fit testing.
Whether you’re onboarding new hires, managing workplace injuries, or maintaining OSHA and DOT compliance, our team is built to support you every step of the way.
“We’re setting a new standard of care built around what employers actually need—timely, responsive care, clear communication, and true accountability,” said CNS Companies CEO John Irwin. “Through a white-glove approach, we ensure employees are well cared for and guided efficiently back to work, minimizing disruption and driving better outcomes for the organizations we serve.”
A Unique Advantage for our DOT Employer Partners
One of the biggest differentiators at our Harrisburg clinic is the addition of a CNS New Hire Specialist on-site.
That means you’re not just getting medical services; you’re getting direct support with:
- Driver Qualification Files (DQFs)
- New hire onboarding compliance
- Regulatory documentation and setup
For many employers, especially in the transportation industry, this integrated approach can significantly reduce administrative burden and help avoid costly compliance gaps.
