CNS Occupational Medicine will be hosting a drive-thru Moderna COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Penn Cinema this Saturday, April 17, 8:00am-4:00pm.
Anyone 18 years of age or older is now eligible. Appointments are required. Administering the vaccine will take 20-30 minutes relative to the health conditions of the recipient.
You can schedule up to 2 people per car, but we are able to accommodate a third person if completely necessary. Please plan to enter the lot at your exact appointment time to help us maintain a consistent flow of traffic.
We will only be offering the CDC recommended and approved, Moderna vaccine. This vaccine teaches our immune systems how to recognize and fight the virus that causes COVID-19. Sometimes this process can cause symptoms, such as fever, which are completely normal and are a sign that the body is building protection against the virus that causes COVID-19.
There are no out-of-pocket costs to be paid by recipients of the vaccine. Insurance or Medicare will be billed the administration fees, if applicable. If you do not have insurance, just fill out the consent form and check the box that says uninsured.
All second doses are automatically scheduled and will be back at Penn Cinema at the same time as first dose 28 days later.
